Why Clarity of Path is more Important than Outcome

The First Step: Clarity of Path

Am I clear on what I want to achieve? Am I on the right path? Every now and then—weekly if you can—ask yourself this.

  • Write down the thoughts, feelings, and insights that come up.
  • Don't skip the emotions; they're the clearest truth you have. Everything else can be interpretation or noise.
  • What you write may feel fluid and uncontrollable (you can't always change it; it is what it is). Others might see it as ordinary, but for you it can be entirely different.

Now Why does it Matter?

  • In short: by recording your thoughts, feelings, and insights week after week, you begin to track emotional patterns. Notice what triggers strong reactions, what balances you, and what leads you toward calm.

  • Now your gut feelings, emotions will only tell you the truth. You will know what's best for you. We cannot determine the path where to go, but you can take help from your senses (your own body) to guide you. Become the observer of your own body and decide whether it is good for you or not.
